Manish Chandna is the Managing Director of GreysField industrial real estate, a position he has earned with his dedication and commitment to the company. As a Chartered Accountant, he is a firm believer in following rules and regulations, and he ensures that the company operates within the legal framework.

One of Manish’s key responsibilities is to source land for clients and oversee the transactions of the sale, purchase, and leasing of industrial and warehousing land. He brings his expertise in legal compliance to the table and has streamlined the process for the company.

Under Manish’s leadership, Greys Field industrial real estate has grown into a successful industrial real estate company that is known for its high-quality services and customer-centric approach. His disciplined approach and attention to detail have played a crucial role in the success of the company.

Mr. Shyam Sunder Satija (CO-FOUNDER):
Shyam Sunder Satija is a well-known entrepreneur who founded “Greys field Industrial Real Estate” in 2002. With his exceptional business acumen and down-to-earth personality, he has earned a great reputation in the industry and the admiration of his customers.

Shyam takes care of the land development and oversees the construction activities across multiple sites. He is also responsible for managing a workforce of over 100 skilled labourers. His leadership skills and ability to inspire his team have helped to attract and retain customers over the years.
